1. Q: We have seen a style of Display Rack in somewhere and taken a photo of it, but I can't find it on your online store. How should I do?

You can send the photo to us, and tell us the detail size and quantity you want. Our designer will make a design drawing according to your photo and requirement. After your confirmation, our quotation-board will check the right cost and send it to you.

2.Q: How should I get the right cost of  types I like?

A: Give us the module number , quantity , size , color and your requirements.

3. Q: I just want to know the price of the type, why should I tell you the quantity?

A: A lot of fees are calculated on an order, such as booking fee,customs censoring charges,clearance fee,trucking fee , artificial cost, and so on, then split it to each goods. So the larger quantity you have, the lower cost it will be. So the quantity is important to help us to check the right cost and convenient to your purchasing.

4. Q: I really don't know the quantity I want, how should I do?

A: You can give us a rough idea of the amount so that we can check the cost. But if your quantity change, the unit price of products will be changed, too.

5.Q:Can I print my own company logo on it?

A: Yes, sure. It is customized. You can print your logo and any image you like on it.

6. Q: When can I get the price?

A:We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry . If you are very urgent to get the price , please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

7.Q: sorry I dont have any idea for the display dimensions. I just have one picture for reference, could you please make the design for me?

A: That’s okay. Just confirm us below information, we will make the 3D design for your confirmation.

1) What product do you want to display? What is the dimensions of its package?

2) How many weight you want to put in display so that we can choose best materials for you?

3) What is the design? Original color draft would be better if you can provide. Or the professional design team will customize display for you accordingly.

8.Q: Will you return the sample cost when I place an bulk order

After order, we will return the sample cost according to you quantity.
