Per our process, one display project will be divided into 4 units according to the main materials: they are metal, woods, acrylic and assembling materials, See the details below:

Metal materials:

Metal is a kind of general hard materials, it includes, middle steel, iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and zinc alloy etc.

The material comes in forms of sheet, tubes ,rods, wire and meshes etc.

Metal parts was processed in metal workshop and fabricated in cutting, bending, folding, welding, milling, grinding, punching and so on with a complete list  of machines in-house including rolling machines, metal sheet bending  machines, bending machines, robot welding machines, laser cutting machines, digital groove-cutting machines, punching machines, drilling machines , grinding machines ,CNC machines and other small auxiliary machines. 

The followings are the usual uses of metal in displays:

1. Slatwall accessories such as slatwall hooks, slatwall brackets, shelves, supports, baskets etc.

2. Display racks, magazine racks, commodity holders, containers, dump bins, trash cans, shopping trolleys, store counter displays etc.

3. Trade show displays, store fixtures, metal parts for other POP displays etc.

4: Freed floor standing display rack.

5: perimeter fixtures frames and upright, shelf, brackets.

6: Endcap displays.

7: Gondola display: frame, uprights, shelves, brackets, hooks, pop holder etc.

8: Counter top display: shoe display, hat display,bag display, sock display , port of the table top displays etc.

Wood materials:

Materials choice depend on the reality. Customers can choose what they like base on the function, shape and  colors requirement. Such as solid wood (pine, oak, cherry etc) and man-made board (MDF, HDF, plywood, particle board etc). Laminating melamine, PU or pvc papers; cutting machine into shape, including the directly cutting machines or CNC. Then go to mounting into shape by the glue and nails or cams. After that they can come to surface decorating in the requirement color. To finish the wood products, our machine including: pressing  machine, directly cutting machine, cnc, laminating machine, sanding machine, edge banding machine, drilling machine, painting machine etc. 

Wood materials are usually used in: display cabinet, showcases, wooden containers, wood frame, floor displays, shelves, logos, top board, display stands, display rack. Counter top display, and to cooperative with the others materials to joint one complete product or project.

Man-made solid wood materials thickness: 3mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 16mm, 18mm, 25mm that is from general market, it can also remake them to 50mm by cool pressing. But for controlling the weight and keep the strong, the wood plate can make by honeycomb

Acrylic materials:

Acrylic comes in sheet, rod, tubes and different finishes as such glossy, semi-glossy, matt, frosted in regular  thickness of  1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 8.0,10.0, 12,15,20, 25, 30 mm etc.

Acrylic workshop equipped: Cutting machine including directly cutting, CNC and laser cutting machines, hot bending machines, gluing tools, polishing including flame and diamond polishing machines, vacuum foaming machines, silkscreen printing machines and the clearing worktables.
